Living here for over 3 years now, overall everything is great. We're provided with one reserved parking space, good amenities. Rent and utilities are fair, staff and maintenance is attentive and friendly. The upstairs neighbors are loud but I think that's normal in every apartment complex. Staff tries their best to service the community, very friendly. As I stated before, overall a great experience living here

I have been living at Laguna Park Apartments for over a year now and continue to be impressed by the lovely living conditions. The staff is very helpful and the location is safe and cozy! Would 10/10 recomend!!
