Living here for over 3 years now, overall everything is great. We're provided with one reserved parking space, good amenities. Rent and utilities are fair, staff and maintenance is attentive and friendly. The upstairs neighbors are loud but I think that's normal in every apartment complex. Staff tries their best to service the community, very friendly. As I stated before, overall a great experience living here
